Worcester, MA - The Human Resources Training Committee of the Colleges of Worcester Consortium, Inc. concluded its 2007 management certificate program with an awards luncheon at the College of the Holy Cross on April 11.
A total of 48 staff members from Consortium institutions participated in "Tomorrow's Skills for Today's Managers: Series I and II" during the 2006-2007 academic year. The program consists of a series of workshops which are designed to enhance the skills of managers and supervisors. The focus of the workshops is on the acquisition and enhancement of practical skills. The seven workshops lead to a formal Certificate in Management.
Among the certificate recipients were Diane Ouellet, administrative support coordinator, and Gail Dupuis, program assistant, for the Colleges of Worcester Consortium (pictured at right).
