Worcester Rocks
In 2007, the Consortium used part of a grant from the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism to produce a Web-based video promoting Worcester and the region as a vibrant college destination. Collectively, the 13 colleges and universities in the Consortium attract more than half a million visitors to the region each year. RDW Group, Inc., a marketing communications agency based in Worcester, Providence, and Boston, produced the video, which showcases the numerous cultural, educational and entertainment offerings within Worcester and central Massachusetts. The video has since been updated for 2010 by the video division of Atlas Press.
