This two-hour workshop offers participants reflection time, exercises and coping strategies for relieving stress in personal, family or work life through the lens of conflict and diversity. Learn how to cope and grow through these challenges means gaining awareness and applying that awareness into our lives.
Virginia Swain, M.A. is an Integrative Coach and Trainer, Wellness Educator and Mediator. She is the Director, Institute for Global Leadership, has worked on five continents with 20 years experience in the United Nations community. Virginia is the founder of The Global Mediation and Reconciliation Service, Reconciliation Leadership and author of A Mantle of Roses: A Woman’s Journey Home to Peace (XLibris 2004)
