The Consortium partners with several local organizations such as the Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts, the Shrewsbury Street Merchants Association, and the Worcester Cultural Coalition to help promote events geared towards college students.
Worcester, MA - Dr. Susan Wyckoff, vice president for academic affairs, has been appointed to a three-year term on the Executive Board of the American Council on Education's (ACE) Massachusetts Network of Women Leaders.
The mission of the Massachusetts ACE Network is to identify, support and advance women in all segments of Massachusetts higher education and to promote the diversity of women and their contributions in Massachusetts higher education.
To fulfill its mission, the network supports networking for career opportunities and professional growth for women in higher education and its associated organizations. The network also collaborates with others who promote the advancement of women in higher education at the local, regional, and national levels.
Dr. Wyckoff has served as vice president for academic affairs at the Colleges of Worcester Consortium, Inc. since 2001 where she is the program director for the Certificate in College Teaching Program. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the New England Faculty Development Consortium. Dr. Wyckoff holds a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island, an M.Ed. from Keene State College and a Ph.D. from the University of New Hampshire.
