Assumption team wins Woo Tube 101 video contest

Worcester, MA - The Assumption College student team of Thomas Sleeper and Greg Sebastiao has been selected as the winner of the Consortium's Woo Tube 101 video contest.

The duo's "Wootube 2010," was chosen as the best video among 12 submissions by an independent panel of three judges. Videos were judged on their creativity and their ability to promote Worcester and the region. Sleeper and Sebastiao's Hound Vision team will be presented with an award of $1,000.

The Woo Tube 101 contest challenged Consortium students to make a three to five minute video that promotes Worcester and/or the region. After producing their videos, students were asked to post them on YouTube.
