Dugan talk to highlight "The Driving Dilemma"

Driving DilemmaWorcester, MA - Gerontologist and noted researcher Dr. Elizabeth Dugan will present a lecture entitled "The Driving Dilemma" on Wednesday, October 15 at 6 p.m. in the Auditorium of La Maison Francaise at Assumption College.

The event is presented by the Consortium Gerontology Studies Program (CGSP), Assumption College Continuing Education, the Worcester Institute for Senior Education and the Assumption College Gerontology Club.

Author of The Driving Dilemma: The Complete Resource Guide for Older Drivers and Their Families, Dugan is a faculty member of the Gerontology Institute and Gerontology Department at the University of Massachusetts-Boston. She has an MA in gerontology and a PhD in Human Development and Family Studies. Her research has been supported by the AARP Andrus Foundation, the National Institute on Aging, the National Eye Institute, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Retirement Research Foundation, the Meyers Primary Care Institute, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
