The Consortium offers numerous faculty development opportunities throughout the academic year, including an annual day-long faculty development event each spring which attracts over 150 faculty participants.

"Doing More with Less" (College Community Only)

The purpose of this program is to discuss various management strategies which will allow for the participants to begin strategizing making changes within their specific work environment. Following a brief lecture, and to orient the participants to various efficiency models, several case studies will be analyzed within groups and presented to the larger group.
As a result of attending this workshop, the participant should have a good idea on some changes in mind and be energized to begin Doing More with less!
