The Consortium facilitates a bi-annual research showcase which features faculty and student research projects, and highlights the intellectual capital of the colleges and universities in central Massachusetts.
Parking Permits
Beginning in Spring 2008, participating campuses will honor the Consortium Cross-Registration Parking Permit for students who are cross-registered for courses. (The permit waives paying for a host school's parking permit). Parking is limited at most campuses, and students are encouraged to take the Consortium Shuttle or a WRTA bus whenever possible.
A Cross-Registration Parking Permit may be obtained from the host (where you are taking the course) institution's public safety/campus police office or you may print one out and bring it with you. Also:- You must fill out the white portions of the permit. Public safety will fill out the gray areas.
- You must bring your copy of the fully signed Cross-registration Form.
- You must bring your vehicle registration.
- Public Safety will issue your permit and instruct you where you are allowed to park.
About the Permit:
- There is no fee for the Cross-registration Parking Permit.
- The Permit is valid only during DAY course times and in designated parking areas as determined by the host institution.
- The Permit is distributed by the host institution public safety office to full-time, undergraduate cross-registered students.
- The Permit must be displayed on your car dashboard at all times at host institution to avoid ticketing.
