The Colleges of Worcester Consortium, Inc. is a more than 40-year-old not-for-profit association of public and private accredited colleges and universities located in Greater Worcester. The Consortium is committed to working cooperatively both to further the missions of its member institutions individually and to advance higher education regionally.
There are no open positions at the Consortium as this time.
The Consortium coordinates the tuition waiver program for Worcester school teachers. In 2010-11, 48 waivers were approved, which enabled teachers to take courses at Assumption College, Anna Maria College, Clark University, Quinsigamond Community College, WPI, and Worcester State University—an estimated value of $56,000.
